8/26 Gabe to the rescue on a Saturday when the fan on the outdoor unit quit working. He's a nice and patient guy who does good work. I love and trust this company.4/25 Blake visits more often than my family. He is really nice and knows his stuff. I'm glad I know whom to call. I hope I don't have to call him for awhile.2/25 Blake returned, again outside of regular hours, to restore our heat. Again, I found him so thorough and kind. He answered every question I could think to ask him, and I am definitely better informed since his visit. I recommend him highly.7/23 When the a/c goes out around the close of a summer day, one does not want to wait until the next day, sleeping in 80 degrees. I appreciated that Honest Air answered the phone when I called after business hours and came and completed the repair in short order. The technician, Blake, was thorough and communicative.

You know what’s scary… getting home at 5 pm on a Friday, the air isn’t working, and it’s 90 degrees in the house! Thankfully I knew just who to call!! Thank you Honest Air, Blake, and Valorie! Gabe was quick and efficient. Also was courteous to the fact that I was on a remote call as well. Will definitely try to get scheduled for regular maintenance.Update 7/20/2026We had a tune up and service request. This time Joseph came out to visit. He was quick and efficient. He told us what we needed and explained why we needed it. Not to charge us extra but for the safety of our home. This is why we we will continue to do business with Honest Air

Updated post for 2026: Continued members of the maintenance plan highly recommend. Have been getting concerned about age of unit but it is testing fine and discussed a mini split when we do update system in future. Post2025: We have become members of the maintenance plan and this is money well spent. If you want a company that provides prompt service at a reasonable cost this is the company for you. Always have done a 100% satisfactory job!

The day we moved in the air went out and was 91 in the house! John from Honesty showed up and worked for hours and miraculously had us up and going. He worked up in the attic which had to be 120°. Never complained and was able to identify our issue. He stopped back early the next morning to confirm everything thing was good. Can say enough about all John did to help….Very impressive and will definitely reach out to John the next time we need help.

The receptionist was very professional and the tech was on point,didn't miss a beat he arrived earlier than expected I liked the fact that you can track their route he knew within a few minutes what the problem was,I've dealt with companies that have told me that something was wrong with my system that wasn't the truth.Honest air has been to my residence twice each time they been professional and not creating more of an invoice with repairs not needed they only charged me for what they had found with my unit.I highly recommend them 100 percent would also like to add that my tech communicated with me throughout his investigation to get to the bottom of the problem

Was having thermostat issues, the guys came out and figured out the issue on Tuesday I believe, scheduled an install for Friday. Got out here early and got it all fixed up, walked me through new thermostat usage, quoted me for some ductwork issues they noticed as well. They know their stuff, were friendly and explained everything well, paid attention to details outside the scope of their work for me and kept everything neat and tidy. No unexpected costs. Would highly recommend them.

Really pleased with the Honest team. They not only were the cheapest quote, they provided temporary space AC units to keep the place cool until they had an installer available, which was in 2 days. Also were kind and didn’t try to upsell me or hard close like some other companies did. Well done!

I contacted Honest Air this morning due to the A/C not working in the upstairs bedrooms. They sent a tech out within a few hours and the unit was back up and running within 20-minutes of the tech’s (Blake) arrival.Very quick response to our service call, professional, courteous, and capable. I contracted Honest Air to install a mini split unit. Blake and his crew worked with me on my vision and came up with a solution that fit my budget and fulfilled my needs. His crew was courteous, efficient and professional. Expectations were exceeded! sue that had myself a them stumped. Hopefully replacing a breaker will fix the issue. They have been excellent to work with considering I was out of town when all took place. Communication was excellent and key to resolving this issue. Thanks for your excellent service

They were able to come to my house relatively quickly. They arrived in the time frame they said. The Technician was polite and knowledgeable and had very nice hi tech tools. If I ever need HVAC service again, I would not hesitate to have them come back over. 👍Update…..This is for people that have an older system that uses R22 refrigerant. R22 when you can find it cost about $160 per pound. They have an alternative that can be used in older R22 systems called R22b. It cost $60 per pound. Very good value.

From first contact honest air was amazing! So quick to answer all my questions and schedule with what worked best for my schedule. John arrived and listened to all my concerns. He did a great and thorough job at maintaining our hvac. I signed up for the 2 times a year maintenance plan my mind is now at ease knowing Honest air will take care of my hvac maintenance.
